Due to frequent inquiries from our clients and partners, we have developed a proprietary system of buildings whose completion time is kept to a minimum,
Both the foundation slab, external walls (SK36 system) and the roof are modular and allow for a large possibility of arrangement according to the recipients' own needs. The structure of our houses is already available through an open network of distributors and in both construction versions of 35 and 70 m2 of building area. Thanks to our repeatable construction modules, it is possible to additionally configure buildings.
Modular elements will be produced on a deferred basis, which will allow for minimizing the construction time.

Technical information
- Support walls S3 SK36 core 16cm C30/37 H 8-12 XC3
- External walls, SK36 system with a reinforced concrete core (plate/rib system 16/6cm in accordance with EN) (H=4.18-6.85 m), Vertical connection; walls equipped with transport anchors, and Jordahl-Pfeifer VS connectors for wall assembly, smooth trowelled concrete (+/-1mm) ribs 16cm
- Internal walls, Internal load-bearing walls and monolithic inter-unit walls 160mm C30/37 walls additionally equipped with transport anchors and VS Jordahl-Pfeifer connectors for wall assembly
- Interior stud walls g/k 75100 or 100/150. Delivery of modular stud walls on a metal frame 75mm or (100 for a wall with installation shaft) and covering with 12.5mm g/k boards for walls 75 individually together with insulation and for walls 100 g/kx2 board
- SCANDINAVIA foundation plate - made in the factory in 0.4x2.45x6.9m modules, 1 element has EL WOD-KAN and EL CO connections, the rest only CO EL (Scandinavian plate in modules made according to the design on EPS permanent formwork 100 and EPS200 with built-in installations as above) The substrate must be prepared in advance according to the design by the Investor

House construction time:

The above prices do not include transport with an HDS crane for assembly (there is no need to use specialized, large-size transport).

Preparation time for elements in the factory 1-2 months in the initial phase of the project (ultimately, the elements will be in stock in the factory).
